This furnace is mainly used for rapid quenching, tempering and other solid solution treatment of aluminum alloy products. The workpiece is suspended for heat treatment. After the end of heating and insulation, the workpiece rapidly fall from the furnace to the quenching medium within 15 seconds, so the quality of the heat treatment is ensured by rapid quenching. Temperature control system adopts PID zero trigger thyristor, and adopts the paperless recorder automatic recording temperature and over the temperature alarm dual control, to ensure that the workpiece does not overtemperature. Each mechanical transmission part of electric furnace adopts interlocking control and operation. |
